Q: I set up my username and password, I still can not get into the Business Center. Why?
A: If you just recently signed up for access, you must wait until a Business Center representative emails you and confirms that your account has been activated. Please allow one business day for account confirmation. If you are still having problems, please call the Internet Helpdesk at 1-800-888-8080 ext 22577

Q: I forgot my username and/or my password, how can I get access to the site?
Click the "Forgot Your Password?" link under the Business Center Login, and follow the instructions to get a new password emailed to you automatically.

Q: Can I set up all of the people in my organization on one username or do they all need their own separate usernames?
A: Each person accessing the website should have their own login. Every time someone starts a new session with a login, the old sessions under that login are terminated. We can set up numerous users under one customer number, but all usernames must be unique. To register another person, complete the registration form on our homepage

Q: Do I need special software to use the Business Center?
A: The only requirement is a browser with cookies enabled. Good Chrome, IE 7.0 and higher and Firefox are preferred.

Q: How do I know if I have a browser with cookies enabled?
A: If you are using Windows IE 7 or greater, you can enable cookies by selecting Internet Options from the tools menu. Look at the security tab, If your security level is Medium, Medium Low, or Low you're fine - if security is set to High then cookies are disabled.

Q: How can I get a more current version of Internet Explorer?
A: A current version of Internet Explorer may be downloaded from Microsoft's website located at www.microsoft.com.

Q: I can't open some of the forms on your website. What could be the problem?
A: Most of the forms are Adobe PDF files, requiring Adobe's Acrobat Reader to be viewed. Click here to download Adobe Acrobat reader for free.

Q: Who do I contact if I have more questions?
A: If you have questions about products, pricing, the status of you order, what programs Essendant has to offer, etc... These questions can be best answered by calling one of our friendly and knowledgeable customer care representatives. Q: What about security? Is OrderUssco.com secure?
A: Our site uses the latest in site security and encryption technology. All sensitive information is encrypted using state-of-the-art encryption technology. Q: How can I get set up to order online?
A: First, you need to be registered for the Essendant Business Center. Once you have a valid username and password, you can request the Ordering Option using the Request Functionality page. You will receive an automated email confirming that the functionality has been added to your login once your request has been processed by the sales team.

Q: What is the Electronic Commerce Database?
A: This access database of product information features over 8,500 computer supplies, hardware and accessories. Details include part number, brief descriptions for price lists, extended descriptions for marketing, photos, manufacturer logos, packaging details, UPC codes and much, much more. Q: How can I find tracking numbers for my orders?
A: Log into the Business Center. From the Business Tools menu, select Recent Orders or eTrack. Click on the order number you wish to find more information on. If your order has shipped, click on the tracking info link to display the tracking number and related information.

Q: How can I manage web users from my company?
A: If you havent already, you can request the Account Administrator Option for your login using the Request Functionality page. You will receive an automated email confirming that the functionality has been added to your login once your request has been processed by the sales team. With this tool, you can manage users under your account number. You can add/delete accounts, assign privileges for online ordering and more.

Q: What is the Price File Download?
A: The Price File Download is an exciting feature of OrderUssco.com which enables you to build a custom file with the fields and suppliers of you choice, store this information in a template, and download the real-time information at your convenience! You can create as many templates as you like, and even share them with your associates.

Q: How do I delete a user from my account?
You can have a user name and password deleted by sending an Email to OrderUsscoWebmasters@essendant.com. Include your account number in the Email. The User will be deleted immediately.
